Cancellation Prior to Shipment

If you cancel your order before it ships, no additional fees will be charged.

A cancellation request must be submitted via email to
admin@emguardetools.com.

Once the cancellation request is received, a
full refund will be initiated.

We strongly advise submitting your cancellation request within 12 hours of order submission to ensure cancellation before shipment.

No Cancellations Allowed After Processing

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
  • Exceptions: If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, cancellation may be possible at our discretion.
  • If a cancellation is approved, the payment will be refunded to the original method of payment, which may take 10-45 business days, depending on your credit card issuer.

Eligible Returns:
